I know how to make support equipment for any capes that are near me.
For example, Clock sat next to me in the Wards lab for an hour or two, and I was able to make him portal-gloves to extend his range.

The main problem is that I need to be next to people to make actually specialised equipment for the entire time I build it.
Oh yeah, I can make general support equipment too.
I'm working on an anti-master helmet at the moment.
I can make support equipment that would be useful to any heroes, not just to ones with specific powers.
I think I count as a Free x Free or Free x Combat tinker?
